was off work this week so set about fitting my group a induction kit on to the hybrid, this set up was used many moons ago by renaultsport on the group a car back in the early 90's (most of the mk1 boys will probably know this) so i knew it would work well. it ended up being a bit of a pain in the ass to fit properly with lots of things needing moving and chopping but 2 days later and its done also took a few pics of the car and tried to do a decent vid but kinda failed due to wind noise and traffic lol... :D

the car ..

la yeah as justin said i got it from him( cheers mate, it was never gonna fit in your bay  ). its a bloody pain in the ass to fit and will definitely not be for everyone as it involves butchering quite a bit of the car to get it fitted correctly. does look good once done tho :D

schks: chavy exh note lol its a MANS exh note  the ka was running a 2.1 zvh conversion putting out around 370 atw, it was actually wheel spinning constantly as it was pulling away but you cant hear it over my chavy exh :rally:

with scuttle induction kit you are meant to hear the suction noise

the exh note is a combination of supersprint manifold, decat and mongoose exh sys chuck in some high lift high duration cams and things start to get very noisy exh side. not much can be done apart from changing parts which isn't gonna happen. my hillpower kit sounded exactly like your one but i didn't like it so sold it. mine sounds pretty much the same as this ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PSSELSIaEJY&feature=player_embedded) now when booting it apart from a slight reduction in " sucking sound" due to me still running the paper filter and the one on the vid has a green cotton filter. ive got a pipercross filter on the way so when that comes i'll get a better vid up :D

Will more than likely be a staff. I 'think' that pitbulls arent actually aloud to be in public now without a muzzle..

Anyways....carry on :D
