Saturday night the girlfriend goes out on the town in cheltenham, i drop her off and am told to pick her up bout 2ish unless i hear different....half eleven i get a text 'pick me up in an hour' so being a kind attentive soul i set off..and arrive to a totally comatose girlfriend being laughed at by her friends. i get her in the car and off we go home....5minutes later...'i'm gunna be sick..' :shock: 'get your head out that bloody window!' i cry. out her head goes and i get a great view in my wing mirror of my girl spewing down the side of my gleaming monaco 172! now im not talking a little sick im talking big chunky bastard bits all down the passenger side!
get her home....skip 8 hours....
shes very embaressed in the morning and tells me shes gunna clean the car for me. so off she trots to clean it. 5 minutes later i go out with the recycling.....NOWS THE TIME TO STOP READING IF YOUR OF A NERVOUS DISPOSITION......i come outside to find my girlfriend cleaning the car with a bucket of water and a sponge...with a scourer on it... :shock: i wont tell you what i said it would make you blush, but to be fair i was quite upset. i havent bought myself round to photographing it yet but i will post up when i do....
Its off for a professional buffing at my girlfriends expense. Bless her little cotton socks.
Now i know shes been stupid but i dont want anyone saying anything outrageous about my girlfriend ok?!?! it was a genuine mistake. just thought i'd share my woes lol.

Ok she took it to the paintshop today and they gave it a preliminary rub so the pics i managed to get arent as bad as they would of been if i took them sunday morning....

i do feel sorry for her, yes she did something silly but my god everyone who knows has mercilessly taken the piss out of her...lol o well she deserves it. although she has cried a fair bit. shes lucky shes a good looking girl! :wink:
o well the paintshop is hoping to be able to take 90% of the scratches out of it...roll on friday afternoon! want my car gleaming again. :(
