Good racing. Can't have been his first BTCC race though as I was at Donington in '93 and he crashed into the wall right in front of me :shock:

I like F1, but I totally loved watching the proper WRC highlights and BTCC on terrestrial telly as well, probably more than F1.

Yea, actually Stevie I don't think this was his first ever race, he was not in BTCC for long hehe, shame as it seemed to suit his mental attitude.

I'll never forget hearing he left F1 (as the reigning champ) to go Indycar racing...he won the championship in his first year lol. I pissed myself as I remember listening to some Yankee yahoo telling us he wouldn't have a chance. Pwnt.

More recently he had the old F1 champs race...and won haha.

Love him.

I vaguely remembered Mansell having some fisticuffs in the BTCC paddocks. Or was that F1 paddocks. He is one scary dude in or out of the car.
