I have fit new master cylinder, discs, pads and goodridges

The brakes works well, you just have to push the pedal quite far to get them to work. Push it to the floor and stops on a penny.

Thought this was normal as it had pedal travel before I fitted all the new bits. but gibbo drove it and said it had quite a bit of travel.

Can I adjust something lol????????

Cheers

You will have increased travel until the discs/pads have bedded in.
I presume you changed the brake fluid somewhere in all that?

winston,
jack the car up and push the compensator valve back and forth, spraying the pivot points. then push it fully foward... tighten nut up slightly further up the thread....as your car is stripped out.. your brake pedal travel should be ok...
i did this to mine when i was having problems.

as above u need to let the pads bed in properly first, it will travel further untill there full bedded, also just make sure all air is out of system
