I've borrowed Leighanne's spare Williams and have done a few odd jobs. One of them is the throttle cable, which I have done before. The one on there seems too short as the gas pedal is REALLY high. It's annoying me, so needs to be fixed.

Is a poverty spec cable shorter than Williams cable? I think it's possibly what has been used by some cheapskate.

I have tried. unless its routed badly then the cable is simply too short! Could be a patterned cable I guess...

Yep. Had it all off now apart from gas pedal. Its simply too short.

No point mate lol. I check over the cable and not only is it way too short but it's fraying as well. May as well replace cable. Shitty job in the rain and dark, but I'd rather do it sooner than later. It's giving me cramp in my foot when commuting!

Cool, will make a massive difference to driver enjoyment, not to mention my poor footsie :(
