Right with the williams running now I am going to have some fun in it and sort the body work out over the summer, then take engine out strip down and rebuild over the winter.

Now what is worth upgrading and what is best kept standard?

Manifold? Pistons? what cluch is best to fit? Is light weight flywheel worth while on these? All that sort of thing.

Thanks guys n girls.

Exhaust, Decat, IK (although lots on here hate these) / std airbox with ITG panel filter.

Then maybe cams and pulleys with remap.

Youre into serious cash after this really.

Pistons only really required for strength if youre going turbo or ITB route from what I can gather.

thanks already got exhaust ik that I will relocate into a colder area.

Want to stay sort of oe so dont realy want to go down turbo route but ITB could be a possiblity, would runing pistons with higher compression not help these?

Keep it standard and as it should be.

Why dick around with something so good in the first place...??

Paradise was a pretty cool place I hear, but we got bored of that too.

ITB's can be run on standard bottom end no problems but it can be an expensive option ;)
