Weak passenger electric window

The passenger electric window goes up really really slowly, about half the speed of my drivers side window.

And if you put both windows up together the passenger one almost stops - almost as if the drivers one is stealing all it's power but the engine is always on when I'm doing it.

Any ideas?

Clean contacts in switches, check connections in loom plugs in door shuts, clean and lubricate runners then try a new motor.
