Bought 2 weeks ago and did a full paintwork correction with a DA polisher. Had to use the medium cutting compound and aggressive pad to remove the swirls as it was very bad.

The polisher is a kestrel dual action polisher. The products were menzerna (the medium one) followed by menzerna power finish and I think menzerna pads.

I used meguiars detailing clay first.

Here's some pics from when it was advertised before I bought it:

I think Williams 3's look the best in Monaco.

It's really nice. I am scared to do detailing on my car, no idea where to start with a machine polisher.

I'm not a detailer I'm just a primary school teacher lol.

But I studied lots of youtube vids and read lots of guides on detailing world and had a go. I did my girlfriend's 2008 civic type r in the summer and that came out without a single swirl. The clio has slight lines here and there that I can't get rid of, but only noticeable under fluorescent light
