View Full Version : megane b/e
i remember there was an issue when megane b/e was used
on a hybrid . iirc you had to use a specific starter (smaller)
as the larger 16v /williams motors would not fit .
search on the forum dont seem to help much :?
can someone tell me what starter motors will fit and what exactly
is the difference ? pics ?? :P
i use a meg flywheel and Williams starter just fine :?

i got a valver/williams flywheel ,tried the starter that came of
my f7p and it does not seem to fit :?
Willy and valver items are different, and year I think someone else had the same issue.
So: Use the willy f/wheel, and Willy starter.

Aye as above, you need a williams starter moter. or even a meggy one.
Valver and Williams flywheels are the same IIRC!?

all 3 bolts lined up and fitted nicely ,lets hope i wont
have to change it again now :P
tried to start up for the first time today .
starter sounds to be turning but not engaging the flywheel :?
