ABS Problem!!

My 16v clio failed its mot because of my abs problem. apparently i need two new abs sensors on both the front calipers. Was wondering where the best place to goabout getting these sensors is?

Or is there anyway around this problem like taking my abs unit and components out. Would this still be an mot failer?

Or linking out the dashboard light so the abs light turns off?

Is the ABS light on all the time on the dash?

You could remove it completley , you'd need a new master cylinder and brake lines to replace the one which go to the abs computer

Yeah well what happened was there was no bulb in the dashboard so no light came up for the abs what so ever but then it failed because of this so put a new bulb in and yeah it stays on all the time now.

If i was to remove all the abs unit components and stuff how tricky would it to fit new master cylinder and brake lines?

I have a pair of front hubs complete with sensors.

Ideal, would you sell the sensors on their own or with the hubs? How much for the sensors or hubs with sensors? Cheers Dan

The sensors are nigh on impossible to remove without damaging them so i only sell them complete.
