right im changing my pads on my wilwoods but they guy i got it back of has run the pads down to the metal. i cant get the pistons to push back to get the new pads in. have undone the cap under the bonnet and have dosed them in wd40 but still no good. any ideas on what i can do?

He said he's takeng the cap off under the bonnet?



I use a clamp with a small peice of wood or something to protect the piston face then squeeze it in with that if they wont go by hand

Clean the pistons before pushing them in (use the wood method or similar). You dont want grit and dirt to damage the seals.

If they are that far out of the calipermake sure you push them in straight.

As Michael said, give them a good clean before you push them back in. I use a G clamp & the old pads on mine :wink:
