you have a bias valve anyway so nothing would change there. Only differance i have seen is a better lever design for the handbrake

can the standard bias valve be adjusted???

if so why do people by AP racing bias valves etc???

Well i've just gotten round to properly adjusting my handbrake cable

I've got 2 new rear callipers, discs (inc bearings), pads (greenstuff) and 2 new handbrake cables

It's a bit damp admittedly, but I have no problems locking up the rears (PE2s) with the handbrake...

yes the standard one can be adjusted but it's a case of getting under the car to do it

the advantage of the in car adjustable valves (AP/Wilwood/Tilton etc) is that you can adjust them whilst driving, no need to pull over and start jacking the car up

that way you can finely tune the rear brake bias to suit your driving style/conditions

yes (well i assume so), from GSF

they're on the car now, so what bit in particular are you after?

tbh the brakes on my 172 are soooo much better than the Mk1's they actually feel dangerous in comparison lol

This.

They're stupidly good, thats even on half worn discs and pads, fitting new discs, pads and lines soon - Endo time!

So nice not to fail an mot to parking brake efficiency either!
