Willy Wheel Dilemma

I'm a bit stuck as to what to do about my current set of wheels that are on my willy.

At the moment my car is laid up for winter and has the original wheels on at the moment, there's nothing particularly wrong with them but they could do with a refurb to bring them back to their best, color is slightly off and the lip could be improved a bit, 3 tyres have 4mm tread and 1 tyre is borderline so may not pass the MOT.

do i;

a) take the wheels off and get them refurb'd ready for when i get her back on the road

or

b) sell them as is and source an already refurb'd set

if yours a basically sound and the car is off the road get them off and refurbed pristine seem to do a decent job and turn round is quick or do them yourself if you have the kit unlikely you will get a set that have just been refurbed and not fitted to a car yet
