OK - so my engine/gearbox combo is nearly out of the car and in soon I'm going to send it to be overhauled and tidied up. However, I need to get it there first so I'm wondering which is the best way to ship it? I have a small-ish pallet that I can drop it on but would it then just be a matter of strapping it to the pallet and that will do or is there a better way which I've not considered?
