Hi Guys, Any suggestions for the best way to get out a snapped drivers side door pin that has rusted itself into place? I've tried the WD40 it to death approach and hammering but it just wont budge :( .

The dropped door is starting to annoy me now after living with it for a year.

well done l.a , you are getting very technical recently :wink:


if they are rusted i would use heat on them and a decent set of torx
kit to remove (makes a huge difference )
in the worst case you can cut the hinges (the ones on the car body
not the doors ) with a very fine cutting disc and weld them back on afterwards like i had to do with 2 of mine on the 9 CUP 8) :D

how did u get them brass bushes S?

I ordered pins but no bushes came with them. Sort me out son - 4 please :winkey:
