whats the cheapest way to go about buying and fitting forth engine mount the one that attaches to the subfame, is there any inside knowledge??? any advice really welcome..

Go to a scrapyard, find a Mk1 Megane take bolts off and get the mount, keep the bolts. Mine cost about £7.

think i got told the same mount is used on volvo which models im uncertain the rubber part of this mount can be had from GSF for about £15 all the fasteners are available from any good nuts and bolts stockist :wink:

its all fairly clear when you actually have a look basically the plate bolts to the front of the gearbox above the passenger side member of the subframe and the rubber mount stud drop thro a hole thro subframe and the other stud goes thro the bracket, in a nut shell with a bit of messing and swearing :wink:
