Jenvey Individual Throttle Body (ITB) Kit suitable for Renaultsport Clio 172 and 182, or any other application also using the F4R engine.

The kit I have here was bought from K-Tec Racing roughly a year ago, it can be found here: (http://www.k-tecracing.com/show_product.asp?id=2478) and the current retail price of the kit is £2,632.00. This makes my listing an ideal opportunity to make a great saving on a highly desirable and effective modification.

Included are:

Jenvey 172/182 F4R Manifold
Jenvey 45mm ITB's
90mm Trumpets
OMEX 600 Standalone ECU
172/182 Specific OMEX wiring loom
Throttle position sensor (TPS)
Coolant temperature sensor (CTS)
Air temperature sensor (ATS)
O2/Lambda sensor
Crank position sensor (CPS)
Fuel rail mounting posts
OMEX>USB connection lead
Pipercross ITB Sausage filter and backplate (not photo'd)
Printed OMEX600 Manual

As can be seen in the photo's below, the trumpets have been modified slightly on the outer lip in order to accept Sock Filters (Pipercross, ITG etc). If required, these can be replaced for new trumpets for little expense direct from Jenvey. This would also be a good time to change the trumpet lengths to suit your application, although 90mm's like these are most commonly used.

Included is a Pipercross sausage filter and backing plate. This was cut out by the previous owner, and being honest he didn't do the neatest job ever. It is still plenty useable though and will certainly get you up and running. Once either type of filter is fitted, the cutouts on the trumpets will no longer be seen.

The OMEX 600 ECU is a common standalone unit to be used on the Renaults. It has a user friendly interface and I'm also including the USB connection lead as mentioned above. Currently the ECU has a map on it which was used for a high compression, cammed engine. The wiring loom will need splicing into your exisiting engine loom, very few wires though. Full Omex manual downloadable.

Bolting these ITB's onto an otherwise standard engine will give near enough a genuine 200bhp. Add further modifications, Cams, High compression pistons etc and 240bhp is achievable. If you have a Ph2 172 or 182 with an electronic throttle body, then you'll also need to fit a cable pedal assembly and a throttle cable.
