I have bucket seats and nothing in the rear. I have an swd-1600 sub under each seat, but need an amp too. Is there anywhere left I can put this surreptitiously or do I need to take out one of the subs?

Anyone with a single under seat sub? Does it sound off axis to the driver / passenger just have one under the drivers seat?

Sorry, no installations have happened yet, other than the rear seats are taken out to make way for racing belts for bucket seats up front. I'm asking my alarm installer to do my ICE.

Google swd-1600 for what it's supposed to do. I got carried away buying two swd-1600 underseat subwoofers on eBay, then realised I might need a 4 speaker amp more than the 2nd sub.

could hide it behind the rear quarter panels on a custom mounting

Doesn't the swb-1600 have an inbuilt amp :?
