well after the debacle that was my 'is it a CAT or isnt it?' debate with the garage last time, the car now has a CAT and an MOT pass!.....second time round lol.

so it finally passed on the second attempt today after these things were repaired...

offside track rod end had excessive play.
harness bolt was loose (that was my bad lol)
hand brake non effective on drivers side caliper.

and finally the icing on the cake.....incorrect spacing on the Number plate?? these came with the car two yrs ago and definately arent standard but id hardly call them illegal!! but apparently the laws have changed and now the letter spacings are 5mm out.

so i now have another 12months of track days ahead of me :D and the only advisories were...damaged sills and chaffed tyre edges..Cant imagine how i got those :twisted: lol

o well the beast rolls again......

Font isn't legal on plates, they should have failed it on that over incorrect spacing lol

That was a bit of an epic one feel bad about the trouble you had after your support when I was having mine.

Oh well done for another year YAY

Thraxair, did removing the CAT lower the c02 ??? and does it effect performance ???
