Hi guys!

I've found a contact in France who could arrange that we get some. As far as I know this is very sought after item and is usually Renault only (and I'm not sure if you can still get it). Price is in the range of 85 pounds, maybe less if we would make a group buy. It would be suitable for track cars, for road use I think you would have some problems with weather, because it does not have rain catcher like bonnet scoop. But for track cars it might prove really useful to dissipiate all that heat...

Oh and this is the only part you don't get if you buy Maxi body kits. As far as I know, not a single supplier of maxi kits gets you this part.

Been wondering about these for a while...never seen any on the kits, only official Maxi cars. Good find.

hmm, lack of rain catcher puts me off, would be ideal on my turbo cos the air filter is where the battery was

Yeah, I know it's a bit steep! If it wasn't so expensive I'd buy few of them. But with the price like this I must afford only one, because I don't know if I'll find another when I will be building my Maxi... Ooops. I said too much!

i only ever found one that was available and that was in poland, the seller wanted 200 notes for it. if you can get them in bulk, you gonna have a good little business there.

I will check what material it is. I will definitely take one or two. They are really hard to get.
