It's around 6 litres for F7R. As LEIGH-ANNE said, buy 7 litres to be safe and there will be some left to top up as needed.

dont flush your asking for problems it will clean the interior of engine no probs but all the shit of which some will drain, but some can block oilways, block pickup on pump and wreck your engine if your really unlucky just get a decent quality oil and run it and if you want to be picky drop it after 1k then bang fresh in

ok dude i'll do that as i've read mixed reviews about the stuff and was waiting for one of you guys to warn me off of it! :D what oil would you recommend? i'll buy a big vat of the stuff! and maybe if i can be assed i will dump it after a K. the engines done 123k so it possibly does need some kind of rinse through?!

cheers buddy

checkout opie site plenty of quality oils available you can even get a recommendation from them just dont buy from them to expensive sure everyone has there fav so really apart from using a full synthetic 5/40 its upto you i used fuchs supersyn from GSF priced well not the top oil but certainly upto the job

Get in touch with bassdirect (or however he spells his forum name lol)

He can do 25 litres of fully synth 5w40 for a very good price ;)

Mine seems to like it, runs nice and smooth and gets round the engine quickly from cold so stops the tapping when cold!
