Right, I'm whipping the engine out this weekend to do the rear main oil seal :headbutt:
What I want to know, is there a particular way you have to refit the flywheel, ie order of bolts to do up, what torque they need to be tightened to, do I need to use threadlock??
Also, how do you remove the subframe mounting bush then replace it? Any particular method or is it just a case of use a threaded bar & big socket to pull it out the bottom?
cant remember on the bush..
flywheel bolts i would use new and torque to 55nm

Thread lock on Flywheel bolts. I reused mine, but you're supposed to get new.
The fly will only line up with the holes on the crank one way, so no need to worry.

thread lock and reuse ftw
like allready mentioned , either thread lock and re-use or
new bolts (they come thread locked  )
subframe bush is a right coont to get out , i would personally
burn the old rubber our first and take it from there .
