714 & 710 sump / baffles

Megane vs Williams sump, are the baffles / oil pick up the same.....

Never had any oil surge issues with the Megane 714 BE, when i put the ITB engine in with Williams 710 BE are the sump baffles the same ? Just checking any potential issues before they arise.

nor sure as the oil pumps are driven differently i would think there are differences but not 100% sure as never had them side by side on a bench but both can be improved upon..

I should have checked before installing mine :( I have both. Oil pump is driven by a pulley on the 714 block, and a better design I think.

Is there one type with a plastic battle and another metal type ?
