ive got a few copies of Renault dialogys for sale if anyone is interested. its the latest 2009 version with all the new part prices etc. also comes with renault repair manuals for all makes and models ( handy :D) dialogys is what renault have installed @ there main dealers for anyone who didn't know.
Price will be £12 posted , comes on 1 cd and 2 dvds ( 3 disc total ) requires a pc with windows xp/2000/vista , a dvd drive and 10gb hd space, any question feel free to ask :D

does this cover any models before 1990 ? such as renault 9,11,19 ?

list of R cars avaible are : R4, R5, R19, R21 , R21 savanna, thats all tho sorry

Renault Eng 3.7.5 description of the catalogue:
Program RENAULT (Dialogys MPF) contains only parts catalog on details of automobiles and minibuses RENAULT.
Program placed on 2 DVD's + 1 СВ, it is supplied with simple and intuitively clear interface, installation is possible{*probable*} both minimal, and full, the environment supports eight languages. Last versions of the program work in Windows environment and do not demand emulator Macintosh as in last versions of the program all details have names. There is decoding VIN, data input oval shields, search on model, the name of a detail.
For installation of the program RENAULT, from the first disk it is necessary to establish JBilder and QuickTime. Pay attention, that at installation Quick Time it is necessary to choose a variant of installation Custom and necessarily to choose for installation component Quick Time for Java, differently the program will not work - at start of the program you will see only a small white window. At installation the program RENAULT asks your country and connects the corresponding price-list.
Program RENAULT (Dialogys) till 2001 worked only on computers of firm Apple Macintosh or demanded for work on ordinary (in our understanding, WinIntel) a computer, emulator Mac-a. Emulators normally working with program RENAULT two, it at present is known Fusion (DOS) and BasiliskII (Win95/98/NT). It is necessary for the emulator 214Mb, it is established very simply, after initial adjustment{*option*} of intervention any more does not demand, borrows{*occupies*} 1CD.
Besides the catalogue of spare parts the program RENAULT contains the information on repair and diagnostics, the catalogue of tools and norms - hours.

hello mate, i did'nt have any problems at all with installing this version where as the 1st version i had was a serious headache to get working. this one worked after 1st install ( although i must say that the 3rd dvd takes a while to install but once done is perfect ) :D

Heh, nah computers are not my forte.
As for the sign-off, it's more of a habit thing now, have done it for as long as i can remember.

as justin says mat, some components of the software can remain but unlikely that they cause any probs when doin a new install
Got mine today. Thank you Jay! Now, I have to find free space on my HDD :D

Mat also uninstall the quicktime and and java or whatever its is from control panel and install the new ones supplied if they are different versions
Right, I'm just trying to install Dialogys but a strange problem occured (I had the same problem when I tried reinstall my previus Dialogys after I had uninstalled that... I quess it may be a commom problem). Well, I can select installation folder but I cannot step forward because the following warning message appears:

Could anybody tell me what's wrong? What should I do?
Please dont think I am having a go at Jay s. I am sure the software will run properly when I get it working. But I am just saying in my case, I am having an installation issue (and same issue occured a half year ago with my old Dialogys when I tried reinstall!)

Well, if you have same issue, make the following steps:
1, make a search with 'dialogys' keyword in Windows directory.
2, delete all found 'dialogys' files (although I used the uninstall but some files remained on the computer)
3, install the software
4, enjoy :D

me too, its a very handy bit of software if you own a renault :D
for anyone who is running windows 7 home premium (or any ver of 7) i have now figured out how to get it installed. if your interested in a copy and are running window 7 just pop a note saying so with the pm and i'll give u instructions on what to do :D

no mate it very likely will not run on a 64bit win OS. you are probably finding many legacy apps that don't.
You could try find an emulator for older 32 bit apps?

or if you have a copy of win xp install a "lite" copy of it onto a usb pen drive and boot from it when you need to look at dialogy's. :D
