172 Hubs....

Im going to go down the route of 172 brakes on the front.

Been looking at a few that have done it, seems pretty straight forward. Can get them under 15's iirc, and look great!!! Nice and BIG!

1st question, where can I look for 172 hubs? Apart from obvious ebay, and dont say Renault!

2nd question, are 182's an option or different?

3rd question, pardon for this potentially being dumb, I understand you have to machine the hub to get it to fit onto lower part of strut. Why can you use 172 coilovers meaning this aint necessary? Issues with top mount fitment?

Look on cliosport, there's loads of RS's being broken

Standard 182's are the same but the ones with the cup pack have 54mm bolt spacing and you can't use these

You can use 172 uprights or coilovers if you wish, they mount up top the same way as the mk1, just whether camber is an issue, I imagine you'd have a larger amount of positive camber that you'd need to get rid of with elongated strut slots or camber bolts
