There is a go kart on ebay that is road legal in the UK

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Brand-NEW-2010-ROAD-LEGAL-Go-Kart-Quad-Bike-Buggy-ATV_W0QQitemZ180421088830QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Mot orcycles?hash=item2a01ef563e

now i have been looking into making my go kart road legal, and not sure what i need, the paperwork i have collected so far is an Amateur Built Declaration (SVA), i have the SVA1 (SVA approval certificate), V627/1 (Built up vehicle inspection report).

I know it will need an engineers report, but what things will it need to pass the tests?? will it need seatbelts??? and will it need indicators if i am willing to do arm signals, will it need headlights? if i only apply for a daytime MOT???

any help is appreciated
