How delicate are they?

I have managed to shear one between the outer CV and the hub spline? Whilst just giving it a run in to charge the battery and everything up before selling it. I took it on a 100 mile run up to North Wales, and it went at the end of the road that the workshop is on... I put my foot down 1st, shift to second - and it went. I am guessing that it was quite old by the rust, so am not that bothered.

Old shaft is one is out and there is no damage to anything else, and new one is on order tomorrow... I believe it is P/N - 7701367623 just in case anyone finds this thread through search.

*sigh*

The second to last thing to do before No. 226 goes up for sale.

(The final thing is obviously polish it).

At least you can't be accused of selling a shitter when the new owner gets half a mile down the road and is on the phone to the rac :wink:

Where did you get it from as i want a spare one of these for the rally car.

ECP do williams shafts with inner and outer joint. Exchange, but I'm sure u don't have too.
