Errr.... ready to fit...
Well - yes and no... :D

Manifold needs trimming to fit.
Inlet ports in the head needs trimming.
You need stand alone management.
You can buy it all as a kit.
Mine was supplied by APD.
It's the "usual" Jenvey, Chadil combo but with a lower APD radiator.

KMS ECU ?

No - it's a FMJ ECU which is a local ECU supplier.
Used i a lot of race cars around here.

Make sure your trumpet bolts are locktighted in as they have a habit of comming loose and getting sucked in.!! :(

Are all you engine internals standard...?

Is there any point running this setup, i.e bodies on standard engine...?

All nuts and bolts are locktighted... :D
Would be a nightmare to loose a bolt - a whole engine...

Running a ITB setup is a great idea on a standard engine.
You will gain good amounts of torque through the entire rev band.
Should be a lot more responsive on the throttle.
And finally you will gain a few ponies...

My engine is not standard:
Light weight Sachs clutch plate
Lightened flywheel
BE dynamically balanced
Wössner rods
Wössner high comp pistons
Cat cams
Cat pullies
Worked head
Devil manifold with custom 2,5" down pipe
2,5" stainless exhaust (no cat)
Stand alone management

It's alive! :D

I just had it started briefly- letting it tick over.
I actually had to fool it into starting as it was mapped using MAP values.
No MAP sensor on the ITB configuration.
I plugged in the sensor - made a vacuum by sucking on a small tube - hose clamp on....
and voila... it started!
It even had a nice steady 950rpm idle... amazing!

Looking forward to getting it mapped...
Should be a lot of fun!

Small video of The Orange ticking over...
A bit lumpy and tappity - but sounds worse on the camera phone than it really is.... :)
