Best place to get turbines

I fancy fitting a set of turbines on my car. I know theres always some on ebay pretty cheap, but usually they've got paint damage.

I could get them and get them shotblasted and powder coated, but what is the standard colour? I want them to be the same colour as cliokarens on the pics in the 16v forum. I think its standard but in the shade, but I want them that colour all the time lol.
