Think somebody has been fooled by an "excellent" replica dash plaque

I just emailed him telling him and the poor bloke sounds really concerned - he says the dealer sold it to him telling him that.

Feel sorry for him if that is what he was told and belived, he should go back to the dealer and let them know the facts!!! Hopefully no one else will fall for it.

It may be the 2nd Willy 2 made at factory...who knows!

It's a Willy though, and M399 XTP was one of the first press cars btw.

From the pics, the plaque says " Marvis Williams 2 002" and does not even appear to be attached to the dashboard (just placed there).

That should ring some alarm bells for the buyer. As long as it does not go for more than a regular Williams 2, I think that's OK.

I hate it when people have poor spelling and grammar in a sale advert

If you're not smart enough to notice from the badge on the boot and all over the handbooks how to spell 'Clio' then you're not going to be smart enough to spot a complete dudd of a car.

What a spanner!
