If you have a one person bleeding kit you can do it.

Nope you connect a tyre to the top of the brake fluid reserviour which pressurises the system so when you open any bleed valve the pressures being forced out.

Connect a tyre?

Explain....you don't mean a car tyre...and how do you connect it?

he means using a pressure bleeder, u have a bottle which u put brake fluid in and that has a pipe to a cap u screw onto resevoir, then u attach the other pipe to a tyre ie spare sat on the engine, it then pressure's the system and u just open the bleed nipples and fluid comes out

dead easy and very good systems :)

Yeah its not to hard to do. I normally use a one man kit and still have two people doing it. If your worried about getting access under the car just park over a curb or drive onto some planks of wood or slabs or something.
