No idea! Probably. GSF stock theirs as 16v and Williams units as the same item if thats any use.

Please can someone tell me if the rsi 1.8 8v alternator can be used in a valver?

Hmm, not sure about RSI ones, I dont think so.

Also, just some more info, the alternator GSF supply is a 70 amp, but many people here use them in their Williams's with no ill effects (though it should be 90 amp).

You'll probably only notice in the rain in winter at night, when you've got your lights on, wipers going, heaters blowing, rear screen on and the radio on LOL

Only got 2 out of those 5 on my car - I might get away with a lighter 30 amp one! :lol:

are you sure the standard is 90 ?
iirc a 1.8 16v is 70 amps why would a williams need 90 amps ?
