Cool Col cool.
Update us as you go please!
What's happened with these then eh Col?
Hi Wobba, well as breeza said chop down the original manifold.........after checking said item its bloody plastic an the bends are all over the place.
So im gunna get a blank piece of ally an use the plastic manifold as a pattern, ive got connecting pipes to tig on but what i will do is put some pics up an show you where im at.
PS........the carbs will probably be going on my zetec engine, its only an 1.8 but with 2.0 litre cams it should be producing about 145 to 160 hp along with a megajolt ecu............more than enough to start with in a sevenesqe motor..........all bolted to a type 9 box, an 3.67 diff.

Coool
3.67, that's a shorter ratio right?
4th is about 1 iirc. As that's the gear they use on rr.
Yes wobba its short but not as short as some........my diff came off an estate car,so is pretty good. the gearbox is in good nick ive stripped it and had it inspected its only done 70k,but am considering gettin it close ratio,d......or an mt75 box if im lucky (which is the later stronger box)
