got it sorted now!!! moaning really does help!! getting sky+ for free and free installation! plus the whole package for £38 for 6 months :D

Hate that company.

1hour and 20mins to get thru to speak to someone last week, to change my address on a ****ing premium rate number. Spoke to 4 different people in that space after they kept putting me through to the wrong person alledgedly. HATE THEM.

Moved house and they ****ed the broadband order up. Didnt even put the order through. Took me to phone up and ask why it wasnt activated. They didnt phone me and tell me there was a problem with the order.

SKY is a scam. Premium rate number and on hold for stupid amounts of time.

I WILL DEFINATELY BE CANCELLING MY TV WHEN ITS FOR RENEWAL.

Phoned up O2 and have gone with them for broadband. Free for 1st 3 months too! If you are with them on mobile you get your broadband 1/2 price!

Had my broadband router delivered and internet live inside 5 days. Texts updating me on every bit of the process. Thoroughly recommended.
