Front Bushes

Hi,

I think the bushes on the front of my 3 are cattled. Little bit of knocking when coming off speed bumps.

Is this a major job?

Also, are the renault original ones the best to use or are there better out there?

all depends on which bush, you have doughnuts on the shocks, arb bushes and wishbone bushes

If it is the bottom arms (wishbone ) bushes,It is cheaper to buy new bottom arms !!!!! :o


They come complete ready to fit,with new bushes and bottom ball joints ~~ OE Renault items.
I am not sure but the bushes are about £25 each plus vat,and a bottom arm is around £50 :wink: ~~~Again genuine Renault items

Not sure which ones are gone, will put it on the ramp at work next week and have a check.

Was going to go for Renault ones just was worried about the price but from what you guys say it's not too expensive.

if its knocking i would check you dont have ball joint movement up and down...

the rubbers would have to be majorly worn to make it knock

It's not a bad knock, can just feel it more thru the steering.
