heard a massive bang earlier.......ran outside to find a beemer had decided to try and drive up the beacon for the zebra crossing and rolled on its side.


2 ppl cut out virtually unhurt, few cuts bruises. but guy had just not noticed the very slight curve in the road and hit the accc instead of brake when he did notice he was on the kerb



had to take the daughter to her mates for a party, 5 min journey....took me over an hour n half........grrrrrrrrrrrr

My formula of driver's age is:
= Age of driver + Age of car - 5% horsepower of car

So, 30 year old driver of a standard Williams is now about 37 driver years. 30 year driver of 300bhp current generation WRX STi is about 15 years old :)

As someone once said to me: The older we get, the faster we go! Due to later braking with poorer eyesight, and less bothered by engine racket at high speed due to deafness :-) Other than high G-force racing car drivers, quite a lot of decent ones are middle-aged or older anyway.
