Running problems - loss of power at 2500 rpm, HELP

Basically the williams is loosing all power/revs at 2500 rpm while driving.

The car revs freely stood and when the clutch is dipped while driving but as soon as you boot the car there is a massive drop in power with no revs, the revs then come back when the car has slowed down or a higher gear is selected.

I have changed the HT leads, Dizzy cap, rota arm and flywheel sensor.

Anybody any ideas??
