I can get top of the line H&R coilover suspension for 17.2 for a very good money. What can I fit to my Willy? AFAIK there are differences on the rear suspension setup? Would I need new driveshafts? Anything else?

you would most likely need the hubs for the front units as the std williams hubs are much thinner. not sure what whiteley or foxy did regarding driveshafts as the hubs are slightly different to std

the rears wont fit as the 172 has a seperate spring and shocker unit, the shocker sits upright and bolts into a strut tower inside the boot

As far as I know, Sport hubs are thicker and have different number of teeth for the driveshafts.

So to sum it up, I can't use anything on the back, and I would have to change a lot of things in front. :(
