picked one up at a car boot sale for a fiver
streets of rage 1 and 2!, shinobi etc
the memories !
my god the fun ive had this evening
old school consoles are coming back in..
i recommend buying yourself one..
cost peanuts and it pays for itself in the hours of fun you will have with it
games are only a coupla quid off ebay too !

might go even more old school and keep my peepers open for a sega master system
or a NES :D

still got my orignal megadrive i got for xmas when they first came out, aerial cables a bit dodgy but still rock the micromachines turbo tournment with the lads of a weekend, 8 players ftw!lol

got the master system convertor for it aswell with operation wolf and gun, epic game

if oyu search on google for emulators and roms you can just download any game for any console for free and play them on your PC!

Yeah I've got a Spectrum ZX emulator, anyone remember Jet Set Willy? I was playing it for hours!!

jet set willy what a game!!! ive got a few dvds stuffed full of emulators! if anyone wants a copy let me know. snes,nes,megadrive,gameboy,master system,atari ST, to name but a few......

I used to play World Cup Italia 90 - little blobs running around.... You couldn't score in the first half unless it was a header. That that bobble noise you get when they dribble with the ball.

wouldnt bother with them... apparently there not really that compatible with todays widescreen tvs

What a find for a fiver!! I still have my boxed Commodore 64 up in the loft with over 100 games from back in the day!! The megadrive and super nes really where two great gaming machines!
