no iirc the 16v and williams is shorter, howver pretty sure any half decent bodyshop could modify to fit

No question get a duratec, big hp at low cost...you would pay a lot more to get the same power with a N/A cossie lump.

seen the mk2 fibreglassed estate at runnning about ?
it is mental
running tb's and various other mods. completely stripped and no gas
running high tens in an estate..
duratec is by far.. one of the best engines out there..
thing is.. i can get my hands on a 298 bhp cossie lump for 1500 quid..
hense the tough decision. other than that there is no question about it which one i'd go for ;)

just gotta find a 2.3 galaxy with a rear end shunt now
thing is i wanna do my hybrid first :)
aint got the money to do both at the same time
mk1 restoration is EXPENSIVE !

fookin clio restoration is expensive enough without having a mk1 escort as well.

id like a second project car iv had my eye on a 944 turbo for a while.

dont think so man, pretty sure flaring only starts above sill

its just shorted, or least i presume it is as rsi sideskirts have to be cut down to fit and the rear quarter rub strips are shorter also

im not using all of the sil anyhow.. and the old mans brother is pretty shit hot on body work.. so any modifications that need to be made.. im sure he could sort for me :)
