OMG?

This will be interesting!

Will he be fit enough though? I reckon there will be a steep learning curve for the ex-champ...

Discuss!

lol no :)

It's going to be very interesting I think. I'd be bloody impressed if he gets a podium after all this time away and against some damn good younger drivers.

I think he will struggle.

Your not allowed to practice off race days now. Big factor I think.

Plus, we all know, if yu have the faster car, you win. All the drivers are of similar driving ability I think.

Look at hamilton at weekend to all season. He aint changed his driving style, his car has simply improved.

We all know ferrari are going dog shit this year.

he wont struggle at all, got 3 weeks to get his fitness up and within a lap he will be upto racing pace.

I think Ferrari have improved a bit. Also, sure he cant drive the car, but I am sure they have test cars that are very similar to practice on.

True that he can't drive an 09 car.
But im sure an 08 car, with a few aero tweaks similar to those of an 09 car.... 8)

I thought of that too - is there anything in the F1 in-season test ban to say that HE (the driving god) cant pound around Fiorano for three weeks in a 2008 spec car tweeked to the 09 downforce regs? I'm an F1 anorak but dont know the answer to this - anyone know for sure??

Of course this is what Ferrari will do, he will be out there now training and driving about on slicks with the old car.

I've met Mr Moss a couple of times when I made TV shows. A really nice guy. Wish I had had more time to talk with him.

Ill tell you a brief story about schumaker

One of my neices was going out with one of the crew members from the Ferrari team workin for Barichello. And many times she,d go wherever he was in the world for long weekends etc...anyway schumaker got to here of her brother (my nephew) that he was a f1 nut an collected the little die cast cars. He also found out my nephew had a hole in his heart and had a pacemaker fitted. He only sent him his die cast car "signed" from the 911 disaster,i think Ferrari had no advertising and had a black nose on the car for respect etc....so when he did that he went up a couple of notches in my book

Two sides to a coin

Lots of people do nice things, as a F1 driver, still can't stand the bloke.
