OK heres whats happened...
I was driving along and i obliterated my clutch (the cover plate came away from the pressure plate 2 of the 3 mountings sheared off completely.
ANyway i managed to drive it home just, the car worked and started fine. I got a new clutch, put it on. Put the car back together.
Now when i go to start the car i get a Whizzzzzzzzz from the starter? Odd.
So i took the starter back off and took it to my mates, we tested it on a bench and its fine, it spins up and the solenoid engages outwards.
Put it back on the car, same problem.
What the hell is wrong, im pulling my hair out here!
