--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

hi all have a 1.8 16v turbo engine forsale,i'll list engine spec below
1.8 16v f7p
je forge low comp pistons
arrow steel conrods
arp rod bolts
knife edge crank & balanced (very expensive!!!!)
lightened & balanced flywheel
piper cams & vernier pullies
could have headwork havnt had manifolds off
bb manifold with t28 turbo, braided oil feed
turbo downpipe
modified sump for oil return
green injectors (21 turbo i think)
2 bar map sensor
front mount intercooler with all pipework
forge dump valve
mapped ecu by fastchip
there you go if you wanted to build an engine to the same spec you'd be talking massive money, the engine has only done 15k and was in a car that was featured in maxpower,i bought the car to break, the car went to holland to be mapped by fastchip i think it made 240bhp may be able to deliver if not too far from west midlands i will get some pictures up,serious enquiries only £1600

its not mate, the engine was in a maxpower featured clio,i was told it was running 10psi,but would handle quite a bit more with a bottom end to that spec,i dread to think how much the crank cost

that spec of engine should in theory handle upto 30psi of boost i would of thought

Why? knife edging and balancing a crank doesnt cost *that* much, in the scheme of things in that engine build.

Unless its a forged crank.

the car this has actually come form is a show car which was a blue/green flip paint with big 18" wheels the lot.

heres a pic i've got of the pistons & rods as we took the sump off just to make sure it was the spec we where told, the only reason i said about the crank as its had a load machined off and my mate who does engine machining said that a load of work had gone in to it

Justin..
11-07-2009, 20:16
just an engine loom iirc, but you could use your williams one

i've used a valver loom on a williams engine / ecu on my turbo and its fine
