anyone used these cheapo gasket kit and bolts before ?
are they allright for a standard williams engine or will
i need a specific make ?

always used BGA headbolt set myself (gsf ~20quid)

also the head gasket set from gsf is around the same price (30quid)...

1.8 and 2 litre head gaskets are different right ?
are you using these gsf stuff on your 2 litre engine mate ?

if the head bolts are the same on both engines i have a brand new gsf set u can have for £20 posted

Another vote for BGA headbolts here.

- head gasket megane 2.0 16v £22+vat
- head gasket KIT clio 16v £49.50+vat
- bolt set £22.50 + vat
- timing belt kit £75 + vat


can anyone tell me if 2 litre and 1.8 h/g are the same or not ?

ai pistons are bigger, altho tbh the spesso ones for turbo conversions etc spec f7p and f7r on same gasket :P

you want a polo mate, head gasket 8 quid inc vat and pikie it on with same headbolts ftw :wink:
