Fitted my replacement alternator to the Mk1 this afternoon after the last one gave up, and though I'd give it a wash and a quick polishing effort afterwards. It'd done 600 miles to Brands and back so the front end was caked in bugs :evil:

Also gave my 182 the same treatment while I was at it :cool:
