Was invited to passenger at the Renaultsport trackday at Brands hatch. it was an epic day with a brilliant mk1 turnout 8) - really showed those mk2's whats what :D. The little mk1 sessions we had at the end were truely awesome!

was also good too see some familiar faces as well as some new ones! and some top notch driving too ;)

Had an excellent day. Had my first trip around track from Jay s which was absolutly amazzzzin. Excellent driver i must say, though didnt thrash it as much as id like when i was in the car :roll: :twisted:

the in car shot was purely luck! noticed I had my camera with me on the final lap and just aimed it over my shoulder... came out alright! :D

How did the megane handle round the track?

it was my mates car and he had some electrical problems that morning so couldnt get it on the track sadly. As i said i only picked up the willy that morning and i didnt want that to show its face until its properly sorted out , not entirely sure what im gonna do with it yet i.e ITB's turbo etc etc

You'll have to pop along and let us know how you are getting on with it :) It's a far more raw experience on track than the Meggy unless you've stripped the Meg out? :)

i dont own the meg its my friends and been played with a bit but yet to get it on track. ive got a 370bhp E46 M3 smg conv and im not brave enough to track it hence me buying the willy :wink:

Have to say though top marks to the Mk1 chaps on the day , you were all pushing hard and certainly proved the clio's worth 8)
