If like me you intend rebuilding your front calipers heres a tip...........if your front cradles are seized....as mine were :x .......remove the rubber bellows......build small fire or barbeque in back garden...and throw the little bastard on it....in 10 to 15 mins....remove with plyers put in vice....and remove seized slider..with gentle pulling motion.

The Rust will also have been removed by said fire.............disregard the above if you have a blow torch etc. But this way its more satisfying! :lol:

he is allright , i think i offended him a bit by wiping him of the face of a certain forum :upset2:
