CV joints compatibility

My mate doesn't speak english well so he asked me if I can post here for him.

He has Clio 16V and would like to replace CV joints. Are they just 16V/Willy item or would some Laguna (or anything else that is more common) fit?

I think you'll find the driveshafts from a similar year car are all pretty much the same
