Anyone use these and do you have any info on damping rates ?

I can find H&R stuff but can not find a Bilstein kit anywhere ??

Adi82 uses H&R adjustable coilovers.
He may be able to help further..

H&R coilover kits use Bilstein dampers.

i have bilstein dampers, front and back, mounted on my renault clio 16v and i'm very satisfied about how they work, so i recommend them strongly.

H&R use bilstein internals with their own springs. I have had my H&R's fitted for 2 years now and can't really fault them. There not to harsh for the road and work pretty good on track as well. I also fitted bilstein shortened rear dampers which seem to do the trick. For track use I think harder springs might help.

As for the damping rates might be worth contacting H&R themseleves.
