Right guys - I need two rear quarter bump strips.

Can someone confirm that these above are the correct part numbers for the Williams One.

I am expecting them to be the plain strips without any coloured insert in them.

Thanks,

Numbers are for 1994 on, williams 2 & 3

Reckon you want 7700817743 / 7700817742 and also a reel of tape 7701038437 as the mouldings no longer come with the correct colour insert.

According to my reliable source the one doesn't have any colour strip. Its just plain.

The car has a silver strip on each side at the moment -I want to correct them to the originals...

Hmmm.

Suggestions Please.

Sorry I just re-read that.

So the ones that you have suggested require a black tape? or is the tape blue?

That doesn't tally up with what Mat suggested should be there as standard.

I know mate...

I want to get the right part numbers & replace them.

Are the ones that the lad above put there accepted as being the right ones as a pose to the ones that RenaultP@rts gave me?

When you buy brand new willy 1 bump strips they come with the silver line down the centre ala 16v - you have to purchase (very expensive!) vinyl tape, proper dourdin stuff mind to cover the silver. the tape is over £20 as it is and will just about cover all 4 bump strips.

I can check the part numbers on these 4 I bought - they were brand new from renault just before christmas so all will be correct.

Damn should have looked at the posts!

The above is correct Yoz, if you already have the trims I suggest just getting the tape and putting it on - its fiddly as hell though so be careful!
